I subscribed to Heat Rash in Dec but havent had any emails since the Christmas tracks – I want to buy T shirts! Help!

I am in the same situation here as well. Nothing since the Xmas tracks, any idea how come we can’t get the merch email?

I bought my heat rash subscription in december. The store wont recognise my email address or anything though. I dont think Im the only person this is happening to either. Any word on when this is going to get sorted out?

I subscribed to Heat Rash and only received the Christmas tracks which wouldn’t download, so I didn’t even get to hear The Holly one. Boo! I feel like I’m missing out! Still love LC! though. xxx

I received a gift subscription to Heat Rash and haven’t received any e-mails either. Hopefully this will all be sorted out soon?
