We Went To Watch My Bloody Valentine.

Here is some footage from ‘the Holocaust’.

It seems they’re doing something suspiciously similar to what we do at the beginning of our popular song ‘You! Me! Dancing!’. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a coincidence, but afterwards we met Kevin and he knew about our band, and asked us if we had really all changed our surnames to “Campesinos!”, so clearly he’s a massive fan of ours and has ripped us off. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, sure, but sometimes it goes too far. Pretty disappointed tbh.

It was nice to see Mr Michael Brennan Jr, a hero of a man. He does Front Of House for MBV, and in a previous life, did a run of 4 gigs for us in 2007. He probably gave MBV the idea for that noise thing, come to think of it.

So, all this means we are back in Seattle. Our gear is moved into Two Sticks Audio this afternoon, and tracking will probably recommence tomorrow. Regular updates to come.

wow, it’s like, they leech one idea, and then plaster a bunch of half assed versions of it, then call it an album. Geez, it’s like they think they invented noise or someshit.
