Shepherd’s Bush
Shepherd’s Bush: Birthplace of Paul Bettany, Steve Jones, the Westfield Shopping Centre and home to one of the ugliest greens in London.
We were privileged enough to perform at the central venue in the Shepards Bush area on the 2nd of February to celebrate the upcoming NME Awards. Do you remember when we were nominated for “Best Blog” but lost to Radiohead by like a trillion votes? Those were heady days.
Anyhow we prepared for this gig with many rehearsals and a warm up concert in Gloucester, birthplace of Simon Pegg and Doctor Foster and death place of the guy who wrote the American National Anthem.
We performed two new songs including a Heat Rash exclusive (soon to be winging its way to your ears Heat Rashers) and the Gloucester branch of Nando’s gave us a free meal. Best two days ever right?
I took some photos and you can look at them if you like, I mean you don’t have to, I wont be offended, no honestly it’s okay, I want you to look because you want to, don’t do it for me, well now I just feel guilty, fine look at Radioheads photos instead, I bet they don’t take photos of the Nando’s chicken in black and white in an attempt to make a their life like a French Noir film.
Exactly.
Enjoy

The photo of Kim and Jason is really quite adorable, as are they; almost a ingenue Bonnie and emo Clyde.

Silly, silly Londoners
